I'd probably go for vanilla as well, even though chocolate sounds yummy as well. As does coffee, fo that matter. So easy to choose... :)
I am a vanilla girl also- though have recently made lemon ones after reading Meet Me at the Cupcake Cafe - and they were scrummy-lovely for a summer tea party..
