The Kitchen Gym

When I found this little book I just knew I had to share it with you all!
The Kitchen Gym – Get Lean While You Clean by Anne Marie Millard is quite genius!
This book is so wittily written and well illustrated that at first I thought it was a joke but soon realised that, while light hearted, this could really work!

A 'no pain, max gain approach to housework and fitness'. Basically this book shows techniques to get the most out of the household chores we all do!

Result If we have to do ironing why not flatten out tummys at the same time?

I'm pl
anning a bit of a housework session over the weekend so I might try some out!

I'll let you know how I get on!

Lots of Love

Hi thanks for the recent visit to my blog.

What a great book - I always tell myself that instead of going to the gym I'll do cleaning instead as it's a good workout and now I have proof!!

I shall lunge alongside my hoover tonight!

I should try this one and maybe my kitchen would be cleaner and I'd be slimmer! Sitting on my butt crocheting and sewing doesn't do anything for the figure or the house.
